Straight Talk about Dementia
Do you have a new diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or dementia in your family?
Are you worried about your memory or that of your loved one?
Straight Talk about Dementia is the place to start to learn about Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The presentation is 1.5 hours long and there's plenty of time to get your questions answered.
The Savvy Caregiver Program
The Savvy Caregiver Program is a FREE six-session training for family and friends who are actively caring for someone living with Alzheimer's or related dementias.
Savvy Caregiver will help you:
Understand the impact of dementia on both you and the person you are caring for.
Learn the skills you need to manage daily life.
Take control and set goals.
Communicate more effectively.
Strengthen family resources.
Feel better about your caregiving.
Take care of you.
(and ice cream too!)
Join us for a fun afternoon of bingo games and ice cream sundaes.
This free community series is especially offered for people living with dementia and their caregiver or loved one.
